Inspired by a true incident, an 11-year-old girl viewing sites she had no business visiting, Kid Rated.com is a resource for parents to check ahead. The day after I launched this blog, a New York Times article detailed a world that knocked my socks off.

So bear with me while I get going on a preliminary KidRated.com. I hope you’ll share your stories with me here, and on KidRated.com that that will soon be set up, a site designed for parents for all sorts of kid rated stuff, from books to trends to clothes and more.
